Product introduction:

W201MF is a flame retardant masterbatch manufactured via twin-screw extrusion. It adopts eco-friendly bromine-antimony composite as the main active ingredient and high lipophilic PE resin as carrier material. This product is applicable to multiple production processes including injection molding, wire drawing, extrusion and blow molding. When compounded with polyethylene, the masterbatch shows outstanding compatibility with the resin. Uniform and stable dispersion can be formed after melt blending. Meanwhile, it minimizes the deterioration of physical properties of finished materials and maximizes the efficiency of flame retardant components to deliver superior flame retardancy. W201MF features no precipitation after long-term storage.
